PRESTON HOLLOW RESTOMOD
Originally designed by modernist Scott Lyons in 1963, this home and overgrown landscape was due for a tasteful restoration/ renovation. Protecting the existing Tennessee carb orchard stone and carefully matching the Mexican brick, we added a spa, firepit, and a shade structure. Close coordination and intensive construction administration with the architect, craftsmen, and contractors was required to design and construct the new site elements. New wall sconces were fabricated to match the existing sconces by San Antonio craftsman, Isaac Maxwell. This project was completed in 2015.
