A 1970’s apartment complex in Boulder wanted to refresh their existing mail kiosk and add a parcel locker to provide much needed capacity for the shipping demands of their tenants. We designed a simple shed roof pergola over the mailboxes and planned for a new manufactured parcel locker box. This project may be constructed in the near future.
