A Dallas Homeowner wanted to develop their lakefront and add a tree house for their young children. We designed a series of terracing steps and retaining walls, a tree house, and a boat dock. I worked closely with subcontractors to estimate the project costs which we the presented to the Owners. This project was not built due to funding constraints.
