A Denver Homeowner wanted to renovate their existing kitchen, dining room, and stair well in a shotgun style duplex. We designed a new stair stringer with floor to ceiling vertical cable pickets to give the space a modern flair. Specifying Pre-fabricate crown moldings, we trimmed the interior fenestrations, millwork, and stair well opening. This project was built Summer, 2020.
