A new construction luxury multi-family development was designed in Frisco. Partnering with SHM architects, Bury Structural Engineers, and Kimley Horn, we developed a PUD, engineered on-structure courtyards, and successfully obtaining a building permit. The Corvalla complex includes multiple water features, fire pits, pergolas, a swimming pool, and residential street amenities. One technical highlight of our work was the fine grading and drainage plan for the above grade surfaces, and substructures of the courtyards. This project involved intensive coordination of all trades; Owner, Architecture, Civil, Structural Engineer, Utility Engineer, Contractor, and City Planners. The project was completed in Spring of 2019.
