A Denver-based tech company wanted to add an interconnecting stair between their 6th and 7th floor offices. Working within the existing structural framework of the building, we located and designed a code compliant stairwell which included modular glass railings, tube steel stringers, a smoke curtain, and an ergonomic built-in banquette seat.
