A house in East Boulder had extensive EIFS stucco damage and was in desperate need of a new look. Collaborating with Hower Architects, we constructed a new exterior shell colonnade to frame a carport. Using clean lines and transitions, we re-clad the exterior with modern siding and roofing materials. This project is currently under construction with project completion set for Fall, 2020.
